Easter is such a wonderful holiday. It’s about spending time with family, and reflecting on our blessings. Today London got to partake in her first easter egg hunt, which was so fun. A while back I read a book called Essentialism: The Disciplined Pursuit of Less which really resonated in me. At the time, I was feeling overwhelmed and struggling with my time management. In the spirit of my birthday, I’m sharing past pictures from London’s first birthday party.. a butterfly theme! We hosted her summer party at Brookhollow Country Club, and had butterfly shaped hand-held fans and frozen drinks (frozen screwdrivers in festive pink “one” cups with butterfly straws for the adults) to greet guests, as well as butterfly shaped organic cheese and crackers for the kiddos. For lunch, a spread of low carb chicken wraps, fruit, hummus, veggies, sliders, and chicken tenders.
