I had the privilege of touring The Warren Center a few months ago and was amazed by this organization. For over 46 years now, the Warren Center has provided individual and group therapy for children with developmental delays in communication, social skills, motor/coordination, and sensory processing.
Every year, more than 2,100 families count on The Warren Center to be the “first responders” to help them with early detection and developmental strategies for their child. This year in the Dallas Metroplex alone, one in 20 children will be born with a special need, one in 89 children will be diagnosed with autism, and 85,000 children will need services to help them develop and thrive.
This Thursday (April 30th) The Friends of the Warren Center will host their First Annual Spring Fashion Show MOVEMENT, from 6pm-8pm at Couture Gallery:
1300 N. Riverfront Blvd. Dallas, TX 75207
Hosted by Leah Frazier of DFW Style Daily, the fashion show will have models from Frisco’s Heritage High School, Friends of the Warren Center, children from The Warren Center, and other guests including Jake Pavelka from “The Bachelor”.
Light Bites by Eddie V’s and Neurosonic Beverages will be served. Tickets are $10 for Students, $20 for Adults, and can be purchased here.
I (unfortunately) won’t be able to attend as I’ll be fulfilling bridesmaid duties at an out of town wedding, but I encourage everyone to please step out and give the Warren Center a great supportive audience!
Hope you can make it out to support this wonderful cause!
